Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
20% deposit required with booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
A £50 damages/breakages deposit is also required with final booking. This is fully refundable within 7 days of your return subject to a final service inspection.
A supplement of £100 will be added for Christmas/New Year.
Changeover days are flexible subject to other bookings.
The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated on the last day by 10.30am. We can possibly be flexible on these times subject to other bookings.
Please note; as there is a spiral staircase from the balcony to the sun terrace we would not recommend our apartment for young children or people with disabilities.
